Porsche of Wichita's Sports Car Together Day
Through the wonders of Facebook, it came to my attention that the Porsche of Wichita dealership was hosting a car event with new and classic Porsches highly encouraged to attend. Wichita, being the city I’ve come to know didn’t let me down and had some surprises awaiting the guests.
Before I just gloss over the dealership, I do want to take a moment to thank the Walser Automotive Group for being a welcome member of the car community in Wichita by hosting events like the Mini Challenge, sponsoring Cars & Coffee ICT events, and hosting this very event. While I suspect I won’t be in a position to buy a new car from anytime soon, I can certainly appreciate that their dealership buildings are lovely to be in and the cars themselves are impressive.
Speaking of the cars, there were some special Porsches in attendance including an example of the 911 first to offer the Targa top, a Cayman GT4 in MARTINI livery, and a very clean, infamous 911 Whale Tail. Check out the rest of the photos below!
